مقررات:
-این مسابقه برای افراد دارای تابعیت رومانی یا شهروندان خارجی، صرف نظر از ملیت، نژاد، جنسیت یا مذهب، بالای ۱۸ سال، حرفهای و غیرحرفهای، آزاد است.
-تمام آثار ارسالی برای مسابقه باید اورجینال، منتشر نشده و در سایر مسابقات مشابه جایزه نگرفته باشند. -هر شرکتکننده میتواند حداکثر ۳ اثر ارسال کند.
-آثار باید در قالب A4 باشند.
برای تأیید اعتبار شرکتکننده، آثار باید همراه با موارد زیر باشند: – فرم ثبتنام (پیوست ۱ آییننامه). – کپی کارت شناسایی. – بیانیه حفاظت از دادههای شخصی (پیوست ۲ آییننامه). – رزومه به زبان رومانیایی (برای شرکتکنندگان از کشورهای دیگر به انگلیسی) شامل: نام و نام خانوادگی، آدرس، شماره تلفنهای تماس، ایمیل.

جایزه دوم – ۷۵۰ لیر (تقریباً ۱۵۰ یورو)

لوح تقدیر – ۲۵۰ لیر (تقریباً ۵۰ یورو)
-بخش طنز:
جایزه اول – ۶۰۰ لیر (تقریباً ۱۲۰ یورو)
جایزه دوم – ۵۰۰ لیر (تقریباً ۱۰۰ یورو)
جایزه سوم – ۴۰۰ لیر (تقریباً ۸۰ یورو)
لوح تقدیر – ۲۵۰ لیر (تقریباً ۵۰ یورو)
