-شرکت برای همه هنرمندان بالای 16 سال آزاد است
-هر هنرمند می تواند حداکثر 3 اثر ارسال نماید
-محدودیتی در تکنیک اجرائی آثار ارسالی وجود ندارد.
_آثار نباید قبلا منتشر و برنده شده باشند
-اندازه آثار نباید از A4 بیشتر باشد. حداکثر اندازه 5 مگابایت
-آثار با فرمت JPG و DPI 300 باشد.
